GIS Colorado meetups are open to the public and are a great opportunity to hear interesting geospatial topics from a wide range of GIS professionals across the state. Interested in giving a presentation? Submit an abstract to be included on the Meetup agenda.   

Schedule and costs:

• 14-17 Aug: to camp $25/person, covers site fees and all food
• 15 Aug (Thurs.):  Training $95 non-members; $75 GISCO members: Digital Twins, BIM, and LiDAR based as-builts – Merrick & Company will be leading an off-grid field training and demonstration on the NavVis VLX backpack scanner and Leica BLK-360. Following that training there will be a remote session on how to process and utilize the scanned data.
• 16 Aug (Fri.): Quarterly Meetup 9am-3pm public (no cost)
• Join us for coffee and networking starting at 8am; presentations at 9am.
• Board Meeting 4-5pm MDT Open to members and the public.
• Cancellation policy: 100% refund 7 days before the scheduled event, 0% refund less than 7 days before the scheduled event
• No real-time streaming of events expected: Verizon has reported signal in Fulford 12 miles east; 42 minute drive, AT&T suggests 4G signal on hillsides, not at campground
